How to apply for a student Registration form?

• First of all, you have to go to the official website of URISE Portal. Now the home page will open in front of you.

• First of all, you have to choose and tap on the option students.
• Choose the organization (Skills Training, ITI, and polytechnic Diploma Sector).
• Input the enrollment number and date of birth.
• You can tap on the register button.

• After pressing the register button, you will have to visit the webpage and login on the portal.
• Then, you can input the credentials like account type, U- Rise unique ID, password as well as captcha code.
• You will have to press on the login button to enter the student dashboard.
• Online users will register after choosing the user option from the drop down menu in the menu bar.
• After that, you will see the primary user registration given below.
• Now, you can input the email id and mobile number.
• Then, you will get OTP number to your registered mobile number.

• First of all you have to go to the official website of Uttar Pradesh U-Rise portal.
• A new home page will open in front of you on the screen device.

• On the landing page of the website, you will press on the register button in the menu bar.
• From the drop-down menu, you will see the students and user ID.

• Online Student Registration Form 2022 and Login urise.up.gov.in

  • Select and Click on the option Student.

  

  • Select the Organisation ( Skills Training, ITI, Polytechnic Diploma Sector)
  • Enter the Enrollment Number and Date of Birth.
  • Click on the Register Button.
  • After clicking the Register Button, go to the Home Page and Login on the Portal.

  

  • Enter the Credentials such as Account Type, Urise Unique ID, Password and the Captcha Code as shown above.
  • Click on the Login Button to enter the student dashboard.
  • The online users can also register as User by selecting the User Option from the drop-down in the Menu Bar.
