High sum insured facilities-

Any patient can claim after three days of his or her discharge. The RSHAA representative will verify all the documents.

Tertiary care package-

Anyone can send pre-authorization requests to RSHAA for verifying the claim. The insurance company must send the approval within 24 hours of receiving all the essential documents.
